The payment plan options seem extremely limited. Since the only options are “# of payments” and “Days Between Payments,” monthly payment plans are always off (since some months have 30 days and others have 31, obviously). It’s not a problem for weekly or bi-weekly plans, but most of our clients are monthly.
We only use infusionsoft to keep track of payment plans in client’s files and commission, not for actual billing or anything. Infusionsoft is the only program I can pull their pay statement from, and I don’t like sending a statement with inaccurate payment due dates to clients as it confuses them.
I’m not sure if I’m missing it or if it’s just not there, but it seems like being able to choose from options like “once a month on the __” or “every week on Friday” would be much easier.
