Is the Chat feature currently down? It’s not listed under the under the ? on our page.
Hi @Jennifer_Balliett The Chat service is still available under the help menu in the app. You will just need to select the option to ‘Submit a Support Case’. This will open a window that will give you the option to visit Help Guide, or connect with 24/7 Chat. We ran into an issue over the weekend with the normal button, and are expecting for it to hopefully return later today, but for the time being, chat is still available, but under the ‘Submit a Support Case’ option.
