Is PayPal refund handled by Infusionsoft?

Does InfusionSoft issue the refund on paypal or is the actual refund processed manually on paypal after ? I’ve done a refund on infusion but it’s not showing as refunded on paypal yet so I am guessing it must be done manually on paypal ?

It would be on PayPal’s side. Then just make an adjustment in Infusionsoft.
