Is Automated List Management Retroactive?

Good morning! Recently, we enabled Infusionsoft’s relatively new feature, Automated List Management as part of a response to an unreasonably high spam level in our database. Does Infusionsoft update email statuses retroactively? For example, if there’s an email address that’s been sitting in our database for 5 years with no engagement, is Infusionsoft going to change the status to “Unengaged NonMarketable”?

I called phone support and asked the same question, and they said yes, this is a retroactive action. However, after enabling it, I have not seen more than 150 contacts become “Unengaged NonMarketable” (in a database where we have several tens of thousands of people we know haven’t engaged in a very long time).

Thoughts??

It will all depend on what the settings are set for threshold
