Our company creates quotes with in infusionsoft. Is there anyway to integrate current sales tax into the quotes? Some of our sales need sales tax & some are tax exempt.
Haven’t checked with quotes but with invoices/orders you can define taxes by areas (it’s an arduous manual setup though) and set the option to use tax calculations. I would imagine that quotes would be using it also (if it were setup). Alternately, I’ve had more than one client ask about integrating Avalera (a tax information service) to Infusionsoft. The issue there, however, is that the api does not have Quotes exposed to it yet and that prevents the api from directly affecting anything involving quotes.
