We are deciding on the call center tool and have Zendesk connected, I’m trying to figure out how Infusionsoft will populate the contact when an incoming call is from an existing customer. I only see email, first and last name is there a way that phone number will also be a value to pull up the customer?

The integration is provided by Zendesk so not as many here would know. Have you asked Zendesk?
