If I use a Infusionsoft Landing page to send lead ads to, is there a privacy policy to use from infusionsoft?
The policy is that regardless of how you drive leads, you must be completely clear and get their permission, preferably formally. So if your landing page has clear verb-age that they are opting in to your marketing then you’re good.
