Infusion soft App

I have not used my app for a while and when started it would not show everything on my desk top. so i logged out to start again and when i did start it i logged on with my email and password (current one for my desktop) and it says it can not authenticate? is the password for the desktop different to the one for the APP???

There is no “desktop” version of Infusionsoft. Regardless of what device you use, it is always using a web based app and the login credentials will always be the same across devices. I would try resetting the password.
