I have a number of different topics that I need to import my contacts to-for example, one topic with multiple lists is Autism, one list with multiple contacts is General Medical, one list would be called Seminars, etc…I need to be able to upload multiple lists but categorize them under those different topics so the emails go to the appropriate topic. How can I do that?
A list is a “Tag” in Infusionsoft. So each contact would have one or more tags associated with them. In your import file, you would have a column labeled “Tag”. Each contact can have multiple tags separated by a comma.
