Imported Contact Iist shows as 'Scheduled'

Hi,
As a new customer, I’ve just tried to import some of my contact data as a CSV, a small list of 1837 - Having imported and matched all fields (although I’ll need to modify that part, I know)

When I view previous imports, it appears only 168 of the contacts show as ‘added’ and the rest show as ‘scheduled’ - How long does the import schedule take?

All assistance and insights appreciated.

Hi, @Adrian_Jenkins,

An import of contact records that size definitely should not take more than a minute or so. If you still see this result in the morning, you’ll want to contact support since they can look at the app and server logs to determine what’s happening.
