I created a template–it says “test email” in front of the merge name and topic on the RE line. How do I remove it?

Hi @Nancy_Fredericks - so just to clarify, you had typed in ‘test email’ and forgot to delete it before saving the template?

If so then the only way to do it is, load the template, update it, then re-save as a new template.

Best practice is to save with a blank subject line, that way you can never send an email based off a template without updating the subject line first.

If it’s coming from somewhere else, this test email, then I don’t know without a screenshot to assist.
