HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Hi,

by clicking the opt-in link in the email, a new contact gets to confirm the registration to our Newsletter, the Infusionsoft page which opens showing an Error (see screenshot). This happens since a couple of days. I talked to the Infusionsoft support trough chat and they confirmed that the issue is known and will be solved very soon.

When can we expect to get that issue solved? It´s very importand that our new contacts don´t get concerned about an error page they get staright after they register to our newsletter!

I spoke to support tonight and all they said was it was a known issue but couldn’t provide a time for completion of the issue.
