HTML Call to Action

I am using the drag/drop email builder in Infusionsoft and I am trying to add a call to action graphical button (add to calendar). The source code is correct but the image never appears in the email. I keep getting an error in Infusionsoft when I add the coding block.

Here is the button image I want to show up in my email blast:

Here is the link that is supposed to happen once the button is pushed:

I have all of this correctly coded, but it is not working…

here is my final code THAT DOES NOT WORK:

<a href="http://www.movable-ink-1525.com/p/cp/90a14ae74e3d0edb/c?mi_u=~contact.id~&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.movable-ink-1525.com%2Fp%2Frp%2F8011ccd1bc21edc5%2Furl”>

Please help!

remove the ‘c’ at the end of your url

Unfortunately, that did not work. Any other insight?

When I removed the ‘c’ as mentioned, it worked for me to trigger the link (though I can’t confirm what the link does on the server side). It doesn’t look like an IS link? What does the link actually come from?

Hi- we have tried your suggestions above but it has not been working. When we bring in any Movable ink embed code - it is stripped from Infusionsoft upon send. The code output is an image and should not be having any issues when sent.

This is an urgent matter, if anyone can provide assistance that would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know what is needed to do further testing.

Here is an example of a code:

Display images to show real-time content

We are attempting to use Movable Ink content codes within our emails but are running into an issue when we add any Movable Ink URL into the code source of an email (images are fine). We are getting an error message that says there is something wrong the inputed code. We believe this may be some sort of whitelisting issue. Does Infusionsoft have to whitelist URLs that are added to emails and if so, can you please share the steps to achieve this? If you need any more information please reach out to level4yoga@movableink.com.
