In Infusionsoft, how might I track contract signing & renewal dates for clients, and send out automatic reminder emails of those dates, etc?
Create a custom date field for what you want to track.
Inside a campaign, set a Field Value timer and set “X Days/Weeks Before [Field Value]”
When that date hits, it will then trigger the email reminders that you want to go out.
