How do I delete a contact from within a list as opposed to opt out? I want them gone completely
To silo by stats (opt outs) you will need to goto Marketing → Reports and pull up the Email Status Search report. Then click the edit criteria button to select all of the status’ that you wish to list for deletion (see example in the image below). Select the top check box in the resulting list to select all of those contacts associated with those emails and finally click the actions button and ‘delete contacts’
