I can’t find any where to create new opportunity in new UI Keap. Please help me.

You will need to go into the “Pipeline” section.

Technically, opportunities don’t exist in Keap, Deals do 
. It’s no small point as they behave differently in use, obviously, and the same automations aren’t yet available (nor does the api have access to them like we do with opps).
