Hi all. We are new Infusionsoft users, and we are trying to figure where would be the best place to add the shipping tracking information, since our preferred carrier is fedex there’s no integration with IS. Suggestions will be appreciated.

You would first need to create a Custom Field to store the shipping info, then enter the data there and feed into an email to the client.
I’ve worked with a client who used ShipStation for their FedEx and it integrated perfectly, but if you were going to try to use FedEx direct, you’d probably need to use a Zapier/Parsey integration that would ‘read’ your emails and then trigger items inside your Infusionsoft system.
