I want to be able to create a task for myself and a calendar appointment for myself, but it makes me enter a contact. How do I bypass this? Or is there another option? I’d like to be able to plan my day on the calendar and so far the calendar function is not good.
Yeah, the calendar/tasks function of Infusionsoft isn’t my favorite. I use Google calendar as my main calendar and usually avoid Infusionsoft’s for the reasons you stated.
I also use a different task manager for my tasks, but have Zapier linked to export those tasks automatically to my task manager.
I do the same as @Brett_Farr - but if you really wanted to use Tasks in Infusionsoft for yourself, you could use a contact record that you create just for Tasks and assign them all to yourself.
