Hi @Nathan_Thompson, this guide should help get them setup. If you have several contacts, it will take time to go through and calculate their scores. You should see a “calculating” next to the flames in a contact record if that is the case.

If you would just like to recalculate the scores, you can toggle lead scores off and click save, then re-enable lead scoring and click save.

In addition to what @Carlos_Ochoa has suggested be aware that you can set the metric for each flame. This will allow you to adjust the relevance of leadscoring as well.
