Hi , how can I set up a customer to receive one of our online courses free of charge?

What service/system are you using for online courses? How do you do it for paying customers?

@Jenny_Murphy, if you’re using Infusionsoft’s order forms, the easiest way is to create a promo for any of your courses/products and using a promo code for the entire amount.

You can also manually create an order and adjust the cost and then mark it as paid. Just make sure that if a campaign needs to be triggered that you check that…depending on how you set things up, you may need to manually add them to the campaign.
