I am new to Infusionsoft and don’t quite understand how to use SPF with a gmail account. Any help would be appreciated.

If you’re referring to the public email service then you can’t. If you want to apply spf/dkim/dmarc, you will need a private domain name to send emails with so that the server records needed will be able to be setup. gmail is a public/free service and you don’t have access to their name servers to do so.
You really don’t want to use public/free email services for business anyway.
