I’m new to infusionsoft and am still getting familiar with it. I work in Life Insurance and am wanting to set up a 10-step client onboarding workflow that automates emails, and alerts for calls and texts, etc. Any guidance you can recommend?

I’m just setting up my onboarding workflow now, but we have quite a complicated site and product suite so it’s not easy.
Did you manage to do this? Would be great to share experiences and ideas etc.
