how do I import a template
IS has a number of different types of templates. Email, webform, note, task etc. Of the email and webform templates, each has their own templates and can’t be ‘shared’ or used by the other. So the first question is what kind of template are we referring to?
Next, even with the advanced import options enabled by IS, there is no Template import. The older email templates can be created by the api but the new email builder cannot. The webform builder (both old and new) cannot be imported in either case as well. If you are looking for all templates in general or specifically any of the other types of templates, those also do not have a way to import.
