Call loop used to trigger text messages, where do I look in a campaign to find those sort of things and see if working?
This would require a simple test… if you can create a test contact through the same process that gets a regular contact into this campaign, you can run through the process and then check the ‘Campaigns’ tab in your test contact record. Under this tab, the recent campaign history and the upcoming events will list the item, the campaign and the sequence for events that are triggered. This should help you track things down. The Call Loop items are going to be ‘Http post’ processes that you will see in the campaigns tab of the contact.
If by ‘loop’ your asking for a recurring action then you can use tags to create the loop with a delay timer to determine how long until that loop triggers and a http post that commits the call/sms.
