How do I combine tags?

I have duplicate tags and want to merge them.

Something like this would work:

You have Tag A (that you want to keep) and Tag B (that is no longer needed)…

Find everyone that has Tag B but not Tag A…
Apply Tag A
After that, delete Tag B

pull a list of all contacts with one tag. Apply the other tag to all those contacts and then remove the first tag from everyone. Finally, delete the now unused tag.
