How do I block/blacklist/exclude a specific email address from ever getting emails from me?
If you go in and unsubscribe them, the system knows that address is unsubscribed and they shouldn’t get any more emails. However, if they opt-in again and get an email confirmation it could allow them to get emails again.
You could also set up a decision diamond at the entry point of your funnels that has “if email = XX” then run an action set to unsubscribe them.

Sounds like they are seeking a black list option. Does IS have no blacklist function?
