How do I add a Soft Unsubscribe ‘remove this tag’ link in my emails?

I want to offer the chance to opt out of a specific email campaign and when they click the link, that tag is removed and they don’t come off other lists.

But I can’t see how to do that.

I’m pretty sure it was @Greg_Jenkins that did a video about using an “email preferences” page to allow contacts to separately mange this?
