You would build a campaign that looks like this.
There would be a timer in the first sequence: No Delay, run on 1st day of any month @ [time]
Then, send your email, then wait 1 hour, then apply the ‘restart’ tag
The restart sequence applies the start tag again.
Note that in both sequences you must remove the ’System/Functional/Trigger’ tag that gets them into the sequence for this to work.
