How can I apply a tag to any customer based on date and time

Hi Everyone, I’d like to know if its possible to apply a tag to any customer based on date and time.

Ex:

Monday - between 9:00AM to 5:00PM - Tag “Hot lead”

I’m open to add-on as well, in case of IFS can’t do it

Thank you

Put a Delay timer in front of the tag application.
Set the timer to run with No Delay on Monday between 9-5.

Thank you for your quick response!

We’ve tried this, but when a lead comes into the CRM at 6:00 a.m., for example, it will wait at the start of the timer until 9:00 a.m. and then run through it. How do we get something that reaches the timer at 6:00 a.m. to skip the delay timer and not get tagged?

Oh … you want that tag only for people that enter the database during that time …

In that case you would need 3 to have 3 sequences set up that come from the entry point (web form, tag, etc) — sorry, on my phone, not computer so you get a bad drawing instead of screenshot.

The first has a timer: no delay between 12am-9am

The second has a timer: no delay between 9a-5p (with your Hot Lead tag

The third has a timer: No delay between 5p-12a

The first and third then have a tag immediately applied that triggers the tag goal down line. Those will bypass and not apply the hot lead tag and will pull the person out of the middle sequence so they don’t get tagged at 9am.
