Hi please advise of the format I should my MS Excel contact listing in for a smooth import into Keap?

Hi I’m Caron and I’m new. Please advise of the format I should my MS Excel contact listing in for a smooth import into Keap?

You will upload a CSV file. Use ‘save as’ from Excel to save as this format.
There is no ‘default’ format for the upload. When you upload your data you will map the Keap fields to the fields in your CSV file, so make sure your CSV file has a header row with the description of each column (firstname, lastname, etc.)

Hope that helps.

Jeff

Hi,
There’s no need to convert yourExcel to CSV or whatever another format.
Just use 3dr party service Trujay to migrate needed data from Excel to IS directly along with relations between records (the right connections you can set up on your own).
Besides, you can estimate migration price before importing using Trujay estimator.
