Getting error in ClickFunnels on Testing Credit card

I put Infusionsoft in Test mode and tried processing the test credit card and get the following message: Failed to invoke method findByField in class com.infusionsoft.api.xmlrpc.XmlRpcDataService: null

ClickFunnels says it’s an IS issue.
