The fulfillment letters I have in a campaign are not populating in the widget for action. They are showing as queued in the campaign. I had a timer set to 1 week and have changed that to 0. I thought that would send the job straight to the widget, but this does not seem to be happening. Any advice welcome.
Hi @Maria_Ward by changing the delay timer it sounds like you have caused the contacts to skip to the end of the sequence, it’s always risky changing a timer with contacts on it.
What you will want to do is copy the sequence, delete everything else out of the copy except the fulfilment list and then push the contacts into that specific sequence to recover the letter.
