I’m setting up my subscription levels and using Infusionsoft to handle the payments of them. I’m trying to figure out how to create a free subscription that has minimal features. Do I have to use an order form to do this? I tried using an order form but it still required a credit card even if the amount was zero. Is there a way to turn this off?

I don’t believe they’ve ever implemented a method for use without CC. Most people still want to capture that information even for free subscriptions to expedite the following upsell. It is possible to setup a sales page on a website (often woocommerce can be used for this) and with some api work, create the subscription for $0 without CC information.
