I posted a topic earlier and got no responses so I thought I would reword and resubmit. Any thoughts, pros/cons, words of advice, etc. on using Fix Your Funnel or Convert By Text as an SMS solution for my campaigns? I have two immediate needs: (1) I want to notify my agents that a new contact has been assigned to them via the round robin. and (2) I want a solution to intersperse text messages as part of the campaign that is used to communicate with a contact as part of a drip campaign.
I am new to Infusionsoft and would really appreciate some feedback.
