The question is… If a contact gets held up by a field timer for a specific date, that’s great. But what if the date changes? Will that contact be sent the email for the original date when they first got held up, or the new date when it changes?
Adrian, if the date gets changed in the contact record, the contact will need to be taken out of the sequence where the field timer is and then added back in for the new date to take effect.
I’ve also discovered that if the campaign is published again after the fact, that the new date changes will take affect.
