Hello. I have created a saved opportunity search, edited with the columns I need. When I go to export, one of the columns I need (contact email address, or “Batch email address” in column) is not an option to export. How can I include this contact email column, which is in the saved search, in my export?
Hi Anne, the Opportunity Search doesn’t have the Email Address as an option for Export. What you can do is apply a tag (unless you already have a tag applied to the contacts that you can use) to export the contacts from CRM > Contacts that includes the Email address. Then combine that with the Opportunity export.
Another option is to Print instead of Exporting. That would include the “Batch Email Address”
