We recently are experiencing our contacts not receiving emails that we send from our Keap CRM. Upon investigation they appear to be in the contacts Junk Folder. Is there any way we can address this or why this is suddenly happening?
Do you have DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup? This is the biggest reason for emails landing in the junk folder (or bounding all together).
If you go to Marketing->Settings and on the left click Email Authentication you should see a green circle with a check mark if dkim is setup for you correctly
