Email skip issue

I created an email & sent a text version of it to me &my colleague using the “myself” tag. We received nothing. I looked at the report at it said it successfully went out but skipped two contacts. It doesn’t say why and nothing is wrong with our contacts and I successfully sent tests to them in the past. Help!!
UPDATE: I tried to send it to the actual contacts & it also skipped ALL of them. This email is time sensitive. Any help is appreciated.

First thing I would do is quickly set up a free gmail / outlook account and see if it skips going to that as well. If it is skipping there to you know it is a global problem, it could be your email server on your domain is blocking it for some reason.

I’d also get straight onto chat support.
