Good morning. We have several accounts on Infusionsoft. I issue some documents via mine but sometimes the replys and requests to delete a contact go to another email address (who then forward to me) Does anyone know how I can direct these emails directly to myself? TIA
Those messages are delivered to all admin users for each Infusionsoft account. If you were an admin on each app, you would receive them all. The only real “workaround” would be to have those other admins set up rules in their email client to automatically forward them to your email address.
