I’m using the add appointment process in campaign builder, unfortunately though it will send me an email about the appointment, but will not add it to infusionsofts calendar or to my contact record?
I created an action set also for creating an appointment and saved it, however the action sets that I’ve created do not show up when I click on the action set icon in campaign builder. Any advice would be great.
I don’t want to get some 3rd party app just for using a calendar when there’s a perfectly good one in infusuionsoft.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
