We are cleaning up our contact list which has created a BOUNCE list. Is there any way with IS to determine per contact record, if the bounce was a hard or soft bounce?
Marketing -> Reports -> Email Status Search
There you can run reports on types of email status notifications (soft vs hard).
You can then overlay your ‘bounce’ tag that you’ve set up for your bounce list and segment accordingly.

Jeff. Thanks. I think I get it. It’s a very long list. Now I can see the type of bounce by contact name. Now it’s time to decide what contacts to keep, what to delete and determine the reasons for those that are related to a DNS problem or categorized as Spam.
