I apologise if this is obvious - but one of my users has asked if the date format can be changed from US to UK
ie dd/mm/yy not mm/dd/yy
Is this somewhere in the settings - I cant seem to find it.
@Edward_Peck you have to contact support to change the date format. There’s no setting for that we can access from the user interface.

Has anyone got anywhere with this issue yet? I asked support a week ago via LIve Chat and they said “We will sort in 2 days”…Nothing so far.
Seems crazy that 18 months on from this question people are still experiencing this issue. Any workarounds? Thanks
