Customer lists do not display in Optimize Press when Infusionsoft API is entered

Customer lists do not display in Optimize Press when Infusionsoft API is entered. Anyone have any idea on how can I access these lists?

@David_PB_Blair, I’m not familiar with optimize press, but i did find a troubleshooting guide on their website that might help
