Custom opt-in form sections using Word Press

Hello. I am trying to create an opt-in form that asks for a persons first and last name, email address and what company they are from. Currently, I only see options to ask for their first and last name and email. Is there a way to add a box to include the company name? Thanks.

Hi @Samrina_Shah Check out step 3 of this article that shows you Field Snippets. You would drag and drop an “Other” field snippet, then select “Company” from the drop-down.
