Contacts stuck in a sequence

Hi, I set up a campaign like this, and I’m quite confused that sometimes the contacts stuck at the “Timer + tag A” sequence, they can’t be delievered anymore. Another case is that I test 4 email registed the order form, but only 1/4 go through the “Web page automation” and remove the tags, the other go to the “not registed” sequence.
Where did I do wrong? And why it came with different results even I tried the same way?

If this is what you’re campaign looks like then you haven’t published every change and that means no one is going to be able to say much because we don’t know what changes are published and what changes are waiting to happen.
