I am using attachemail to populate email history from our old CRM system. I noticed that html emails generated from outlook have weird question marks when displaying the email in InfusionSoft. Does the email client in IS not recognize the the Microsoft Word content type?
Emails are expected to be in standardized Unicode-encoded HTML; if any additional formatting is being sent by Microsoft Word / Outlook, that would display oddly not only in Infusionsoft but also any client who wasn’t running those applications.
