Where did the chat option go?
I believe they’ve resolved the issue that was preventing the chat option from appearing - @James_Mefford, can you verify?
The Chat Button has returned. While the regular chat button was missing, we added a workaround under a menu option in the help menu titled ‘Submit a Support Case’
We ran into an issue with the url our chat service uses for connections. This URL had changed over the weekend that caused the chat button to disappear on Saturday. By Saturday evening, we had put in place a workaround to connect to chat via the ‘submit a case’ option I referenced, but as of this morning, the normal ‘Begin Chat’ button is available.
