For some reason, I’m unable to search contacts by tag because clicking on a tag from the drop-down once I find the one I need results in nothing happening. I’ve tried to open the support chat to see if there was an easy fix to this but that feature isn’t working at the moment either.
Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution to my first problem involving searching by tags?

Yep, ridiculous. And the known issue isn’t even in the top category of importance, could be up to a MONTH to fix? What the?
Also having this problem which is a major issue which makes carrying out necessary daily activities impossible. Please can we have an ETA on resolution.
I would be very surprised if they didn’t have the problem fixed within an hour or so to be honest. Live chat is back up and working now and they’ve assured me that it’s being sorted right now.
