Can't log into my account

I’m not able to log in to my account and I don’t know why.

Whit my account Infusionsoft says “Ops! Looks like you tried to log in an app for which you aren’t a user”

Trying with my teammate’s account I’m able to log in but when I try to modify a campaign or I try to use the email broadcast it says “Ops, looks like there’s a little problem … Would you like to submite an error report to Keap?”

Anyone in the same situation? Where’s the problem?

When that’s happened to me I’ve returned to the login page and resubmitted the login and it redirects to the correct one. Have you tried that or possibly clearing your internet cache?
