I am not able to sign into infusionsoft, it says I am not an authorized user?
Are you new to IS/Keap. We see this most often when someone sets up their first app and they are sent an email that they haven’t yet confirmed through. Often it’s because the email went to their junk folder so they didn’t see it. Until you’re confirmed through that email link, you won’t see anything work when logging (or rather attempting to log) in.
